Now, with Replay-AVA call recording, you can further increase productivity by allowing a supervisor to listen in on live calls and archive all calls for storage and future storage and referencing.  With a very easy installation of Replay-AVA you can simply point and click on a Tapit Call Accounting report and play back any recorded conversation.  All calls are easily accessed by using a designated user name and login ID.

Replay-AVA is a 100% software application with no hardware or installation worries.  It is a scalable solution and is priced according to the number of extensions needed to record.
The program is web interfaced and allows remote access to all calls via the use of a password and you can search calls by time, date, employee, dialed number and other parameters.

There is a brand new product expected to arrive in the 1st quarter of 2009 which has some very new features.  Tapit Nova will be able to do everything that Tapit EX does but will also have some very distinct features that the Tapit ex does not have.

With Nova, all aspects of the software will be accessible through the web.  There is no need to go to a specific PC to add users, delete users, clients, and so forth.  Outlook is no longer required and an SMTP Server is now used which will enable a user to email reports to any email server.

With Tapit Nova, all calls will be in one database, even in a multi-site environment.  This will allow for a search of a dialed number for the entire database.  It will also allow a user to have an extension in more than one location or gives them the ability to be tracked by their authorization regardless of where they are making the call from.  For instance, when you run a user report, all of the calls will show for the user, even if they were made from a branch location.

All of the reports are consolidated and and there is a directory look-up across the board, all running on a service.  There is automatic archiving of the data.  The SQL database allows for the customer to access and search the information and download the database.
