i read a magazine article about how to keep your desk organized and i’ve lost it, but either way it was brilliant, i just never used it, so now i’ve decided to organize my desk but i don’t know where to put things, any help?

Graduated recently with a degree in Telecommunications. Strong desire to work in the film/broadcast industry. Any suggestions/tips for getting foot in the door in such a highly competitive line of work? BTW, no experience. HELP!

The agency, Worldwide, called a friend of mine and was using less than professional tactics to gain information. Worldwide is a company who administers benefits for Blue Cross Blue Shield. My friend has caught the Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance Company in fraud concerning not providing coverage for premium money paid. Also, a member of the US Congress is connected to this mess. The congressman knows about the company recording my friend.

example: When calling many businesses now days there is an automated recording that says "your call may be recorded…" In either 1 or 2 party consent states, if a business is recording the call it seems they are consenting to the call being recorded. Can I record a call when a business or individual is already recording the call? Or, would I have to get their verbal consent?

I want to know how to program a NEC phone to change its extension number. We do not have the manual and please do not tell me to download it is not downloadable via nec’s site. If you can just tell me the steps that would be great. All I remember was it has to do wit feature.

Does Starbucks follow a differentiation strategy, an overall cost leadership strategy, a focus strategy or does it follow a hybrid strategy?
I’m thinking it follows what is primarily a differentiation strategy, but has elements of a focus strategy – many would say that it caters to a more affluent, "focused" demographic.
