I’ve tried spybot, avast.com avg free, spywaredoctor.com. ez anti-virus (with my internet provider) etc. etc. My internet provider customer service didn’t seem to know what I was talking about with a trojan horse and said they’d sent a "ticket" to a specialist and get back to me in 1 to 2 business days. Help!

What do you consider to be good customer service? Give a specific example of an occasion when you have provided exceptional customer service.

I’ve had no experience by the way, as in this is my first job, what could I put, the only experience i have is working in a library for 3 years, ( my school library).

What does kelly services test you on when applying for a customer service representative for a call center? Is there a website I can practice these tests ? The job required general computer skills….

From time to time, I go to look up a contact and that person has mysteriously been erased from my contact list. Blackberry support (which is a joke, worst I’ve ever seen) wants to charge me just to talk with them. I know other people that have experienced the same problem with contacts just disappearing. I was thinking about getting t-mobile but I would really love some recommendations because is it better to get a contract with a cellphone service or not??! I’ve heard and have search in their website That IPhone will soon be available and can be used in other parts of the world and one of the countries is The Philippines by Globe Telecom so it means that IPhone will now available in the Philippine market? later this year
the new IPhone has added some new features It has Built In Camera and the case is IDK what kind of material was used but it will be scratch free it’s kindah glossy so less scratch
and if it will be available how much will it cost ?

I just moved into an apartment complex, all i have now is my laptop and wireless router. When i turn it on i have connections to the apartment complex. It says i can push a button on my wireless router and it will connect, but what to i plug the wireless router into, or does it just set there? The phone jack?
