It relies very much on someone knowing your name & what you do, in addition to them thinking you are better than your competition. You need to set up a website as a first step...you can even do this for free if money is an issue. Go to www.WordPress.com & they will host your website for free if you don't need a particular domain name. If you want a specific domain name (ie. www.xxxxxxxxx.com) then you can buy that & assign it to your WordPress site for about $9/year. It's not difficult - I'm not a computer geek & am teaching myself about these things & was able to set up my own site only last week. Additionally you can take a really simple video talking about your business on your digital camera, upload it onto YouTube & add a link to your website for more information. The seminar was run by World Internet Summit & was such a valuable seminar to go to...I knew next to nothing & was a bit psyched out by the whole thing until I listened to these guys.
