But, the one that BOTHERED me the MOST was the good ol' "Press 1 for English"....People started to rant & rave & complain ....Sooooooooo, NOW..... I've noticed...'some' don't say it much anymore! What they DO NOW is it'll answer you in English (Company name, etc) ....then say a FEW words in Spanish...So 'THEY' have to 'Press 8 for Spanish'....That's a piss-poor, chicken-shyt way AROUND the Issue! I've set up voicemail systems with auto attendants, but never in the annoying fashion that has a million prompts before you can actually talk to a real person...
