Can I make two phone calls at the same time on VoIP provider such as vonage?

I was wondering whether I can connect to VoIP phones and make more than 1 call over Voip
I mean like putting in two phones into the router and the ability to make two phone calls at the same time. Will the line be restricted to one phone call at a time?

I believe you are referring to three way calling where you and two friends can talk or have a conference call
