I have a small business and travel frequently between Thailand, Laos, Cambodiam Vietnam, Singapore and China. I currently have at least 7 sim cards and have to change on touch-down in each country. My business card ha multiple numbers listed, but clients never know which to call. I cannot access sms messages sent to me until I arive back in that country. Are there any phones that allow multiple sim cards? Is there a skype-like service allowing local numbers in each country like skype-in?

Nero 9 Software And Format/Finalize DVD-R Problem?




I cannot seem to finalize a dvd-r through my newly purchased nero 9 software (nero startsmart; nero mediahome 4; nero move it, nero recode…etc..rnrnSomething wrong with the media format?
I am novice enough…but, especially, these days…seems,that even a windows-for-dummies novice..cannot get the ropes on…much of the new softwares’..
Is there a way to fix a format problem and finalize a disc?
Before my trial week was up..contacting customer service I was told that…like Anti Virus trials…it takes a purchase to..really finalize any problems. So ensured as I was..purchase would allow even that disc..to finalize..Still; newly made dvd-r’s are in this same problem area..
Seems like a nice enough program.. ‘Just cannot afford to call the TECH hotline @ .29/Min while waiting..etc.I have since sent two emails (free) to TECH.. for support..A week apart..no response..Customer Ser. Rep. not-so-helpful…except,-Mentioned All TECH Support is in Germany..call or fax.

Issues with BMW X5 and iPhone 4 connectivity?

I have a 2005 X5 with the single Business CD player, as well as complete Bluetooth integration. the BT works perfectly fine with the iPhone (I wish I could play music through Bluetooth directly to the car’s audio system, but I guess that’s impossible. If you guys know of a way, please let me know!)

What I would love to figure out, however, is how to connect my iPhone to the car. The owner before me had a iPod cable installed already located in the glove compartment, but it seems that the little pins inside the connector won’t communicate with the newer iPhone properly. I suspect a 2005 / 2006 iPod Classic should work fine. What is interesting is that for the past three days, my iPhone has actually been playing music through the cable to the speakers! It would only work if I would connect the cable, dismiss the warning box that told me the phone wouldn’t charge or function properly, then tilt the phone sideways, and then open the iPod application on the phone. Then, and only then, would the phone play music. If I were to hold the iPhone in the normal upright position, then it would freeze and I’d be forced to close the program.

I already bought a connector adapter from Schosche that was supposed to make the iPhone work, but it only charges the phone and nothing else. What else is odd is that today the iPhone wouldn’t play music at all, the car didn’t even recognize a unit plugged in to the iPod cable.

Do any of you guys know what I can do to fix this? It obviously worked at some point! I’m sick and tired of having a million CD’s in my car, I really don’t want to spend 0 on a Dice converter kit. I’d be willing to find a classic iPod though, but there’s gotta be some way to get around it.

I am in the process of starting my own Online Business (retail store), and I want to make sure that I cover all ends of the business part of it. What software should I have on my computers / LapTop? When starting a new business like the one I am starting, do I need to have Server’s set up already? What equipment or Office products should I have in my Computer Room? (that is where my office for the online business will be for now, until I make good money and I rent out a office space / warehouse space somewhere) . Are Server’s very important when it comes to running a business online? what advice could you give someone like me who is just starting off? I want to be prepared for everything, I want to work very very hard on Customer Service, I feel without a good Customer Service your company would not stand out as a reliable company, one that customers would spread the word about the service they received. Word to mouch is one of the best advertising tactics for any company. Any advice?

Yes Ive grown so desperate I am even willing to pay for a answer to my question!!! Ok, here it is AGAIN, I have a entertainment business, that is growing, so i need to improve on my sound system ( wich I only have a boom box for now) anyway, I bring characters to parties, they dance, and sing with the children. Now I need a PA system, or sound system that will be able to hold atleast 3 microphones, and a music source at the same time…. and ive research sooo much that I know about the channels, but I also need a music source, I am no dj so all I own is mp3 player, ipod, laptop, and my boombox. that i can use for my music source, I need to know HOW to connect them to the mixer and/or speakers. I want speakers with stands that are atleast 100 watts RMS combined, more would be prefered, but I am on a budget ( of about 0) but if I must I can go as high as 0 but no more. I just need the speakers, and the mixer, and most importantly all the connections I will be needing. I did already buy some 4 channel vhf lapel with 4 headset microphones, so i dont need to buy those, I do need to know how to connect them and where to connect them, after that is done, I need to know how to connect my music source, and my speakers, on the mixer (i guess) so I will need to know as well what kind of connections I will need. Last Friday (1-14) I purchased a North Face Apex Bionic from the website northface-outlets.com for .99. It had me go through a weird checkout process but I was being stupid and didn’t really make anything of it. I got an email the next day from Billing Support System saying thank you for your purchase blah blah blah. It also said the purchase shown on my account statement would be EFASHIONTRADE.EU.

Still wasn’t thinking and let a few days go by and wait for a shipping confirmation email…still haven’t got on. On the previous email there was an email address and they said if you have any problems/refunds/returns, contact us here. I did that and got an error message saying it was an invalid email address.

Now I started to get suspicious. I went back the the original site I purchased it from and went to the contact us page. I was a dead link and I’m guessing it was no accident.

I tried calling this Billing Support System place through a phone number they left in there email. I never got through to them, all i got was hold music.

I got another email from them, this one was pretty weird with terrible spelling. Here it is:

My husband and I run a small business where we have 10 employees in the office. Recently, one of my employees asked if they could have our internet ID code so they could listen to the radio using our wifi via his phone. I said no b/c the company who does our IT for us said that if many people are using the internet radio at the same time it will slow our system. So, this is when I found out that basically all 10 of them listen to internet radio via our companies wifi every day. I was surprised b/c our system is never slow, but I told them that we were thinking of making it company policy to ban internet radio b/c of the slowness it brings to our internet and risk of viruses. Every time my IT company comes out to fix yet another broken computer or whatever, they tell me all kinds of helpful tips about computers and internet. They said we are protected by firewalls and virus protection software, but they said viruses can come from anywhere and the virus one of my employees got this week on his computer, they said came from google. They tell me of all the latest viruses out there to be aware of, they tell all the helpful things I need to get from them to make our system very safe. It is frustrating b/c my employees make fun of how secure our systems are, they say "why does it need to be like fort knox, we’re just a landscaping company?" but they are not the owner of the business so they do not understand. I am just so worried that a virus will come and wipe out our whole system and years of work will be gone in one second. so now i am very couscous, and i tell them not to go on any websites, even though they complain that many of the websites are blocked by the firewall software. They say they have never experienced our system to be slow but I told them that our IT company gave us this information and I don’t know how to get them to understand that going on the internet radio will make it slow. I mean, I depend on our IT company to tell me everything about computers since I just got a computer in my home for the first time last year, besides that, all my experience with computers has been from work. If they say I need it, then I get it. Have any suggestions? They do not realize the seriousness (wow this really stresses me out!)

How do I cancel phone service with Sprint?




I get so tired of this crap. I placed a call to Sprint trying to cancel my long distance phone service. I stayed on the phone for 25 minutes simply trying to cancel my phone service. Then I get a bill – and it’s like I never made the freaking call. I had the same damn problem with Dish Network! They turned me over to collections, but I’d called 3 times asking for cancellation! How do I handle this? What do I do?
