How can i download a different operating system to my windows mobile phone?

My phone’s operating system sucks so is there a way to get blackberry software on my phone or any other operating system on my phone besides window mobile. I don’t care how long and hard it will be i have a lot of free time to tinker with stuff.

Sorry, not possible. Phones are way too proprietary to load other OS’s, and the phone OS’s are way too proprietary to allow porting.
Now that Symbian and Android are open-source, things may change, but not early enough for you.
im pretty sure you cant, best option is to go talk to your mobile carrier.
