My verizon phone quit working and a friend gave me an Amp’d Mobile phone which is now owned by Verizon. I have already switched the service, but it still has the Amp’d Mobile operating system. Is there anyway I can change it without having to go to the Verizon store? The account is not in my name and I really don’t feel like having to take my mother-in-law just to get the to change it.
