It should be in the camera settings or in what ever app settings you are using. Look in the manual or google your phone model and switch to front camera.
Look at the phones company website for a upgrade, they will usually have one for the model of phone you have to fix the problems.
Go to the Makers website , search you phone, and look for downloads.
Either that or you can use
while clicking d pic u hav to go to options and select primary camera
and while talking on phone u hav to select d option and select video or 3g call.
it depnds on whch cel u are using..avoid using apps for video cals as dey cud giv u prblms.
