It all depends on how fast your connection is. Since you will be using it for business I would be sure to have a business internet plan that will guarantee uptime.
Normal residential DSL is no longer dedicated bandwidth for each user, so it is about the same as cable. A business DSL line, or T1 line, will give you your own guaranteed bandwidth.

Note that each service will be a little different, and the quality you choose will make a bigger difference. If you just want to try a fun test, have a Skype conference call between computers in your office, adding another caller until call quality degrades.
Because of the priority packet streaming needed to deliver voice without delay 1 usually, you can attempt to use more devices but will notice severe delay while trying to utilize both simultaneously
