How to make an international phone call?

I do not have long distance on my phone, well i do. But not to out of country =/ I singed up fro this cool german website called Pafnet and you know how when you make an account on myspace, it makes you verifi your account by email? well this site makes you do it by phone. Someone Help… Please?

I’m going to answer the question, not the qualifier.
To make an International Direct Dialed call, you have two choices. If you need operator assistance or not.
To dial IDDD without operator assist, dial 011 country code, city code, then the number.
If you need to have an operator intercept, dial 01 country code. city code then the number.
