I how can I reach Ancestry in regard to Family Tree Maker customer service?

I purchased the FTM software, daughter has Ancestry subscription. She has laptop, I have desktop both do family search. she can use all functions but I am blocked using the green leaf merge feature. How do we set our PCs so both can use all search features? I had my PC in the virus problem and been blocked.

You question is about computer software technology and not genealogy. On the Ancestry screen at the far right there is a help tab and within that section are numbers and e-mail addresses for assistance with the Family Tree Maker. If you do not have an Ancestry account or access to one, the cute little green leaf feature won’t work. I personally wouldn’t worry the same research information is available on many other site. Try familysearch.org. I have had an Ancestry account for years and since they started with the leaves, I have found many many errors because people are just copying anything that the leaf guides them to and disregarding verifying the information. It has for my purposes almost useless.
