University students are a good target group for cell phones. I would market it with cheaper phone calls between a student and a preferred group of other students.
make your product or service more affordable than your competitor.
pass your savings as a business on to the customer and they will choose you. you will have more clients, and more business. when it comes down to it, price will be the deciding factor for the customers, above all else.
Partner with the school. It may take a while, but when you’re targeting customers (students) of an organization (the school), start with the organization. 1.demonstrate the competitive edge on key parameter of performance and quality of service
2.use the authoratative proof of success
3.use polling result as proof of success
4.beware of channel
5.beware of pattern of being artistic in medium and format and content for communication and distribution
6.never hesitate to show your weakness, but prove them secondary, that make you stronger instead of weaker
