Is it free to make calls using VOIP on iPod Touch?
Do I have to have some phone account with Rogers, Bell or other service providers?

Yes it’s free but I heard that it only rings on the other line and you can’t actually talk to the other person..
Plus it only works in a wifi hotspot.
