No, but it could be considered optional profiling if you choose those options. Avoid being profiled by staying on the english version of the recordings.

Why yes it is. They are assuming that you are Mexican (although it isn’t a race but when the liberals want to use it for political gain, it is!). They just automatically believe that you are a non-English speaking illegal immigrant.

If you’re hispanic, yes it’s racial profiling.
If you’re black, yes it’s racial profiling (and Al Sharpton would most likely call it racist too).
If you’re white, no it’s not racial profiling. You’re allowed to be racist to whites.
