You cant play online Splitscreen Multiplayer on Call of Duty.
It doesnt matter whether you have a guest account or not.
They really should allow that though.

you cant, most games took away that feature because they believed they werent getting as much money as they could because people would just go over a friends house to play rather than buying the game, not that COD ever had this feature

you cant play online with a guest like in a multiplayer map/game because sadly it doesnt let you have guests. You can only play splitscreen with a guess
