It would cost too much to retain an attorney to make this worth your while.
Legal action for something like this would not be worth it. I would read all the rules for the program then use their rules against them. And I would contact the local consumer advocate at the local news station. Bad press is never good for a company. Maybe a class action case may be worth looking into. But it would require lot’s of people to have the same problem with the program.
