I you have a DELL, the only thing you need to do is:
1) Email any files you care about to yourself.
2) Turn off your computer. Disconnect your internet.
3) Hold down the CTRL button & start up your computer.
4) While holding down the CTRL button, tap the F11 button. You will be asked whether or not you want to RESTORE.
5) Select RESTORE.
6) Follow the prompts the computer gives you from there and your computer should be back to the way it was you bought it. You may have to reinstall MS Word in order to receive regular security/Windows updates. You’ll need to re-install your printer driver as well (disc or cpu can find one online).
The tech people from Dell are usually excellent. I don’t know who you talked to; I’m just telling you what the DELL techs told me when I wanted to RESTORE.
It’s the best way to clean malware and spyware from your computer and the best reason to buy a DELL computer..
