Alright, ive been having a problem with my wireless access point Router recently. I know it’s not my net because when I plugged in the LAN line directly into my laptop, it never fails.
However, when I use the wireless (which I have to so I can use the iPad) it drops after a couple minutes of use, then I have to restart the router again.
I have a Lucent Technologies WP-II E wireless router, and avaya wireless 11mb/s gold, world pc card. Recently, I switched the Pc card, and it worked the whole while, and then all of a sudden, the router starts to blink yellow lights which assume means fail. S I went back to the old card and now it just keeps failing again. Should I get a new router? Or is there a way to fix this. I have tried other wireless cards..
Thanks for any help.

I work at a company that uses the Avaya Merlin Magix system (4424D+ central unit with 4406D+ individual units) and I am trying to change the label displayed on my office phone (4406D+) but we do not have WINSPM for maintenance and all the instructions I’ve found seem to be for use with the program, while I need instructions based on programming using the central unit (4424D+).
PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I met someone the other day with the name Avaeya, and I kind of liked it, although I hated its spelling. But if it was spelled Aveya or Aveia or Avaya, would it be an okay name? I’d never use it or anything, I’m just curious.
Oh and yes, the person was a girl.
The name is pronounced ah-VAY-ah

I’ve passed the 1st round interview with Avaya for the internship positions, and days ago, I got a second round phone interview. It’s the HR department who conducted this interview rather than the headmaster himself. The HR did told me during the Interview that she can not make the decision, she has to check with her boss to detemine if they can offer me this chance! They will get back to me within a week!
So what is that supposed to mean? Does that mean that I am hopeless ?

I’m trying to upgrade my companies current phone system. We currently use an Avaya phone system, and Verizon as our service provider. What we’re looking to do is upgrade our conference capabilities. Right now we can only have two external parties connected unless we use a dial in number. Although the dial in number works my boss would prefer for us to be able to simply call people and add them to the call as needed, as well as let them call in when needed. In addition he would like to be able to transfer the call to a another phone if need be. For many reasons a VOIP system has been ruled out and is not an a option (although it seems like an easy solution, trust me I’ve been pushing for it). There has to be a non-VOIP phone system out there that can handle these simple tasks. Please help!

At work we have MULTIPLE Avaya 4622 model#4622D01A phones. our call center compan is missing one thing though. The ability to track our cumulative talk time (aka average handle time) does any one know what type of application or program this is?? Our company would significantly benefit from it.
