If a cell phone is turned off and goes right to the person’s voice mail..is there a way for the owner of the phone to see who has called them…even if I hung up before the beep and did not leave a message. Also is there a way to track private calls?

My old clamshell allowed me to set a default where, if I missed a phone or text message, it would beep, or if silent, would vibrate every five minutes or so. How can I set my Droid to do that?

I understand that this is a safety precaution so that everyone knows the call is recorded but i just don’t care about that for me there are more clever ways to achieve that than a stupid beep every 15 seconds or so!!!
