I have a small retail business, however, our telephone line blows up with calls about store hours, directions, address, etc. I am searching for an announcement recording system, but I have no idea what it’s called, so it’s difficult to know where to look. What I have in mind: "Thank you for calling… We are located at BLAH BLAH. Our store hours are BLAH BLAH. If you would like to speak to a representative, please stay on the line (or please press 0)" Only after they stay on the line or press Zero will the call be connected and our phone will ring. Might anyone know what that service/system is called?

ok so it all started with me forgetting my administrative password. or whatever you call the password, you need to install new software.
but I think when I first got my macbook, I skipped all the password crap and so but I am not sure anymore..
well back to the problem. I haven’t been able to install new software in a month now, which is really annoying because I can’t access my hotmail account because there is a new safari update or I dunno…
I only found that out because I asked here. So someone told me that I should do the update thing, in order to regain access to my hotmail account. So I wanted to do it, but then it asked me for the my name and password and so on . and as I said , I couldn’t remember creating a password or any other account.
So then today I was researching how I could change the password , and on this one site it said that I should put in my Mac OS X Install disc, and press the c key and blah blah. I did all of that and I even managed to change my password
and all was good…. or so I thought. because then when I restarted my laptop I had to type in a password to get in , which wasn’t like that before.
and I typed in the password I had just created but it said it wasn’t it. I kept on trying but it was always wrong. but it was the exact same password i had just created. erghh. so I did the whole thing again , I did a new password and so on , but it never worked.
although when I sabed the password it always mentioned something with keynote or something like that. I have no idea what that is.
maybe that is the problem.
but now when I turn my laptop on (I still can’t access it) , it just keeps restarting. I turn it on , then the white apple logo appears for a while , with those little circles surrounding it, but then it keeps restarting. damn damn damn. this all happend this morning.
i think it’s totally screwed.
What do I do???!!!! please help me!!
I only got it for christmas:( haha.
and how can I fix it?

I currently work for a Telecommunication Company ( you know, bell, rogers, telus blah blah)
The other day I was called into a room with 2 individuals who were from Corporate Investigations and they told me that "apparently" I had applied some credits on a customers account, and that I personall knew this customers (according to the business rules you are not allowed to give credits to someone you know)
I asked them how they knew this and they told me that they checked my "personal phone" in the system and found out that the same number i applied the credit to i had made a lot of calls to from my personal phone.
My question is, that just becasue I am using the company for my personal phone, are they allowed to go thru MY phone and find out who I AM calling? Is my privacy not being invaded? Regardless of any fact???
Not to mention, they were recording me when I was speaking, which I okayed but what was the need for that.
I need some legal help and Need to know my rights. Please help me.
