I want a new cell phone((cheap))
and on ebay all i see is unlocked phones what does that mean?
i have a tmobile phone and simply wish to take out my sim card and put it in a new phone?
is it safe to get one that is unlocked? Does it still work the same? And where can i get real cheap phones with out a new plan?

My phone just broke, but I still have time left on my contract. I’m thinking about switching carriers after my two years are up, but a I can’t afford a new phone without getting the discounts that come with a new contract. Any idea on where to get cheap phones for tmobile without renewing a contract? And I want a quality phones as well.
