Last Friday (1-14) I purchased a North Face Apex Bionic from the website northface-outlets.com for .99. It had me go through a weird checkout process but I was being stupid and didn’t really make anything of it. I got an email the next day from Billing Support System saying thank you for your purchase blah blah blah. It also said the purchase shown on my account statement would be EFASHIONTRADE.EU.

Still wasn’t thinking and let a few days go by and wait for a shipping confirmation email…still haven’t got on. On the previous email there was an email address and they said if you have any problems/refunds/returns, contact us here. I did that and got an error message saying it was an invalid email address.

Now I started to get suspicious. I went back the the original site I purchased it from and went to the contact us page. I was a dead link and I’m guessing it was no accident.

I tried calling this Billing Support System place through a phone number they left in there email. I never got through to them, all i got was hold music.

I got another email from them, this one was pretty weird with terrible spelling. Here it is:

I sent an email to the hotmail address mentioned today so I’m still waiting for a reply. I also looked up the domain and got this:

Of course, some chinese company

So I guess I got ripped off. I’m really pissed at myself for being so stupid. Is there any way I can get my money back or at least report them for fraud or something??

hi, i am planning on making a home business and ive gone through every little detail, but i seem to have ran onto a wall. i need a software that i may use with my own personal website that will calculate shipping costs automatically from items purchased by my customers. i need a good program, reason being is because if i do my own calculations and get it wrong and end up charging to little for shipping&processing i myself will lose profit and i dont even wanna think about over charging the costumers…i wanna make it fair for both me and my customers which is the reason why i need a good software. all opinions will be greatly appreciated ^_^
the shipping its not done by me but a different company…i have no control over who will ship. ups, fed ex nothing.. thats why i need a program or software that will calculate how much my costumer will pay for shipping.. you know how some sites when you make purchases and you then checkout and it shows you the total payment including shipping before you actually do the purchase? thats what i need

I was going to sign up to an affiliate network and pay out the 30% fee for each commission payout but I quite like the idea of keeping on top of things myself and offering daily spiffs and incentives.
Problem is while I can find loads of free ones, I cant really find one that integrates with Google checkout.
Any ideas?
I can’t use paypal because it’s an adult website and they won’t allow it
