I am very shy about talking to people face to face and think that getting a job here at a call center in customer service for a major cell phone service provider would be the perfect fit.

I have a mini with Verizon and every time I turn of the Verizon manager, during the system shut down: blue-screens. Now I got 30 blue screens in the last 6 months and the notebook was now 4 times at HP and they never fixed it. I asked them about my motherboard but they claim that the software does not cause motherboards to crash. I told them: software causes blue-screens and blue-screens cause damaged motherboards. The HP customer service is so strange; any suggestions what I can do?
sorry, I left this out: first time they let me stay for 2 hours on the phone – to check and reinstall the system. The second time I said: not with me. the third time I refused and both times they reinstalled w7. Now the forth time I even attached the reports which come up after the bluescreens.
The forth time they didn’t change a thing.
my first assumption is: only products are out there which work. If I go online with verizons preinstalled wifi manager and go offline again, I would not expect to see blue screens during the shut down.
my second assumption: If I sent in the mini, it gets fixed.
my third assumption: after more than 30 blue screens, some files are corrupt and the mother board will go the hades rather sooner then later.

We live in a small community in Georgia, but recently the cell phone service we have been using, Straight Talk, just stopped picking up signal. We could go with Verizon Wireless, but their plans are outrageous. Straight Talk has given us very much trouble with this issue and we are not pleased. Most people in this town have Straight Talk and we are all without communication. We have been given multiple stories by Customer Service and they don’t all add up. So, we would like to do something more about it since we were not warned beforehand.
Please give definition of this, specify.

How do we improve our customer service? What are ways to bring the customer back?

I have recently joined as a partner in a lawn service company and I am charged with keeping customer information. This is my first endeavor in a project like this. What information is considered vital, for this business in particular, for tax purposes and customer service purposes. I have a good idea but wanted outside ideas as well. Thank you.

What's the best paid web DB software suite?

Am a web site host and am looking for a high-end package or combo of softwares that has all the best functionality for a high traffic website, specifically:

(1) A bidding system akin to Ebay
(2) Intuitive shopping cart/checkout system
(3) Basic forum with threads and poster login
(4) RSS feeds (optional, but still desirable)

The most important qualities I’m looking for are ease of setup, customer service, and configurability for a multitude of websites / looks…

Thanks in advance for any advice

When I got my Shuffle, my computer wouldn’t recognize it. After a long time on the phone with customer service, we finally got it to work. When I updated my software,it wasn’t working, so I removed it. When I reinstalled Itunes, it no longer recognized it, but my computer does. How do I get Itunes to recognize my Ipod Shuffle?

Does anyone have a solution to this problem? If you are able to send to the machine from 4D running on Windows 7, did you have to download anything to make it work? If so, where did you find it? Thanks for any info.

The software installed just fine, the dongle drivers are working fine, and I have no trouble using the software. However, I can no longer send to the machine (Designer SE). I’ve been using Husqvarna embroidery software for 10 years with different machines and different operating systems, and this is a first. I usually have driver problems with the dongle when I upgrade, not the machine communication.

I have re-installed the machine communication software about 8 times. I have searched for new drivers and software updates and nothing. I have done a "Smart Update" and contacted Husqvarna tech support over 10 times in two months. They keep telling me to install the 64 bit drivers for Windows Vista, but when I try that, I get an error message which tells me I’m not running Vista. No kidding. When I told customer service about the message, they just said, "Install it anyway". Umm, how? It gives me an error message and then goes back to the main menu. When I asked them where I could get drivers for Windows 7, they said the driver for Vista "should" work. But…their software won’t let me load it. As usual, their customer service is non-existent.

Help!
@tmclone – I just tried your suggestion and no joy. Thanks anyway – at least it was something I hadn’t tried yet!

the progress of the video is not even present. Is there some magic way to make it reappear. I am highly disappointed with this software. It is supposed to make everything easier, but it makes everything a hundred times more difficult. There is no place to go to get help and their customer service is non-existent.

Im doing a project on EEG machines and this is our assignment. "Imagine you are a Bio med working for a hospital at an in-house shop. A call comes in for the Sleep Lab. Apparently, the EEg scanning software locks up on the computer when it starts. Everything else on the computer system runs correctly, There is a patient on the bed and the supervisor wants someone to look at the machine immediately. What is the best course of action to troubleshoot and repair this computer system with respect to cost/downtime, customer service, and without losing patient data?

I will like to know my chances since I’m finishing my degree in business administration. I’ve never worked in an office before, but i’ve only done call center work and customer service on the phone. Do i need to finish school first in order to work as an admin or secretary in an office environment, or are there chances that I can do this now without any experience? I’m good with assisting customers and do have an advanced computer software knowledge, so I hope this can help.
