I can’t figure it out based on the website. And the Lotus is the exact phone that im looking for (except it’s not on my plan). Do you know if Verizon is planning on coming out with one anytime soon?

In the electronic marketplace of today, there is so much to be known, and so little time to learn it. That is why many organizations are turning to computer systems that can not only produce information as outputs but also work to combine those outputs in ways that add value—knowledge—for the people using those systems. Lotus Development Corp. calls it "knowledge management." Knowledge management helps a company gain insight from its own experience. Through knowledge management, a company can focus on storing and accessing knowledge for such things as problem solving, dynamic learning, strategic planning and decision making. Refer to your web resources to visit the Lotus Website. Locate a recent news article about a company using Lotus Notes or other knowledge management software, such as Domino. Briefly summarize the article, considering the following questions: What are they using the software to do? How would the activities or decisions of the users differ if they didn’t use the knowledge management software? How does data differ from information?

I have been surfing the web looking for compatible software that would work as a front end to retrieve the data from Lotus in a quicker way…I run a call center and I already know that Lotus is not the best solution however, it is what we have so I am just looking for added front end software to help with the navigation. Anyone know how I can solve this?
