Dell service/call center’s audacity, what can be done now?
I had bought a Dell computer last year, it crashed three months after i bought it. The Hard Disk was replaced but not all the softwares were replaced. i got busy,,,last two weeks i tried to set it up good and start using it again. One person helped me as he could. I waited for more CDs and the installation. But the rep deleted everything from my comp; without telling me what he was doing. He was using DOS command so i had no idea what he was making me do.
I work from Home and i have been working on my two books Cooking and stories for kids. And thanx to Dell support i have lost everything. Now another guy calls me and tells me that they can’t do anything what is lost but they are willing to give me a memory drive and a printer…I am so upset. I felt humiliated…What a compensation offer!
What will you do and what do you thin they should do to compensate my loss. i have lost my writing, kids pics and so much more i am still depressed and shocked. Has any one gone through,any Sugg.
