I have tried Mint and found it too complicated and unreliable. Would a spreadsheet like Excel in Microsoft Office suit my needs better? Or Quicken? Or some other freeware product? I have very basic needs and only enter two or three financial transactions a day at best. I don’t need a budget program, just a program that tracks expenses.

Do you take a course and earn the certification? If so, where do you take such courses?
If that is not the case how do you earn these certifications? Is it done through Microsoft and other respective companies?
Im in first year of my BCOMM in IT but i feel like it may be pointless…a lot of garbage courses…

I think I accidentally deleted it, when I was deleting an old account? It was awesome and came with my Dell XPS M1210. It had a purple logo; you could create sort of notebooks within it; title them; password protection optional.
I remember that the different notebooks were along the left side of the screen? And the "chapters" or sections I guess you could call them, were along the top. I think it was a Microsoft software/program?

Microsoft has made several attempts to enter the market but unlike its PC business they failed constantly. Google and Apple whipped their behind from here to kingdom come. Now the Politicians are sticking their nose to protect their portfolio’s.
Is this how a free market is supposed to work? Are we even going to have a choice in smart phones?
Has the government already made its choice who they want to run that business?

I am currently doing an assignment on business alliances, and have selected the Microsoft/Nortel ICA alliance. However, due to Nortel filing for bankruptcy I have not been able to find reports/news articles/basic information on what happened to their alliance with Microsoft. Any light shed would be appreciated

Please, for the love of Jebus, help me! Okay here are the details:
I have a MacBook. Mac OS X (version 10.5.8). I am currently trying to watch movies instantly on my Netflix account and this is what pops up when I attempt to watch it:
ErrorCode 2105.
Silverlight Player Error
When you run into a problem loading the Netflix movie player:
If you are a Mac user, this may be caused by missing system fonts on your computer. If you use a font management system such as Suitcase, you might try the following steps to address this problem:
Check that at least one of these fonts is present in your HD/Library/Fonts folder:
Arial (standard, bold, italic or bold italic)
Verdana (standard, bold, italic or bold italic)
If none of these fonts are present in the folder you’ll need to install one:
Locate one of these fonts elsewhere on your system, for example in the ~/Library/Fonts or /System/Library/Fonts folders
Copy or move at least one of these fonts into your HD/Library/Fonts folder
Attempt to play a movie again
If you don’t use font management software or these steps don’t solve the problem, please call us at 866-579-7113 and we’ll help you solve the problem."
Well, I called… and it was no help at all. They said to call Microsoft, and Microsoft said to call Netflix. Really?!
What do I do??!!! I just want to watch The Fall

Currently I use
Freedom Voice for my 888 number that will call my house and mobile when someone calls
Google voice to call out from a business line. They have a blackberry app that lets me use my outbound business number from my cellphone
I’m using extreme fax to send/ receive faxes and they have the Microsoft office plug in which i require.
Is there one company that deals with all this or at least the first and third one?

What technology is available that allows third party software such as Mint.com, Microsoft Money or Quicken to connect to personal bank accounts. Do most banks offer an API or is there a standardized protocol and middle-tier service for accessing bank information? I’m interested in developing my own software and am trying to understand my options for connecting to bank accounts using customer login credentials.

I like to keep my devices separate, so the idea of a smart-phone is out of question for me, and I use a PDA (Ipaq) but since they are going obsolete, finding accessories to keep it up and running is getting harder. Can anyone help me with what I can do to work on Microsoft Office on the go without the need of a smart-phone? Thanks.

It is gross they use children in the material. Makes me want to pick a different line of IT: like Microsoft or Linux. Children are gross and so is Cisco.

I am from India and right now looking to buy a smartphone (mobile) which has all the latest options.
N8: which runs on Symbian platform (Nokia has recently partnered with Microsoft for its operating system and would be producing mobile on that platform effective from 2012)
Sony Xperia X10: I liked the phone but it does not have secondary camera as a result of that it does not support 3G
Samsung Galaxy S2: New handset which has all the features…
I am not looking for blackberry it is a pure business phone
Please suggest which one i should consider and why. Also suggested any other model number i can look for.

Hi, I’m working on a project for school, and could use as much info as possible. I need to know about some of the business strategies of Bill Gates and Microsoft, and could use some specific examples. The strategies don’t necessarily have to be good either, just any info I could get would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Greg
