I work at a call center that says they DO NOT record calls. People are being written up and fired in re to calls that the ANALYST says was adverse! Agents cannot dispute anything even if they are right. I think this is putting too much trust in a human being that may make a mistake or worst do something adverse intentionally (it happens!) Please advise!
Im only trying to find out in re to PEOPLE LOSING THEIR JOBS based on someone elses word. To me if there is no recording there is no proof. (this does not include me; my stats are stellar and Im not in danger of losing my job, but I know of 3 CSRs THIS WEEK who have been fired based on the QA and when they asked to hear the calls it was like -they are not recorded and thats it – I dont think its fair, thats all. This is TX a right -to-work state, but this cant be fair under SOMEONE’S guidelines…
