Hi i own an electronics repair store that specializes in cell phones and gaming systems, and we just opened about a month ago, and business is been doing pretty good, but i would like 2 things to really get in gear and investor and a guy who is great with software and electronic savvy, the only thing is we’re so new even if i could show how profitable my concept is they would still be hesitant so I’m not holding my breath, but i would really like the software guy, only problem is we’re not to the point were we have that kind of money for payroll. so my question so I look for someone and offer them a partnership? or should i just keep doing what I’m doing and wait until we have the money to hire someone? I just want to get my concept up and going in full swing and I wanna get there before the competition does. any advice is appreciated. thanks in advance.

How a voip can save your money. Actually I know that voip is the cheapest phone service available but my friend told me that I could save more money with VoIP if I use it intelligently.

Being prior military, I used the issued David Clark headset. Money is no object I simply want the clearest sounding and most comfortable one out there.

So I got this job through monster.com. this company called fresh-solutions offered me job where they send me money in my bank. then i have to withdraw an amount(00 recently) and then send that amount to other countries through western union and then get 8% commison. I actually had 00 in my bank and i actually went home with money on the day of my first task from dedeuctint the commission. Now It seems fishy to me because the job is too easy and I did get the offer tnhrough the internet…and the fact that I get 8% commission of every task plus 00 at end of every month. I reported the job to the Internet Crime Complaint Center and Monster.com to investigate it, but it will take some time, so what does everyone think of this job? I am afraid the money is going to other countries for suspicious reasons possibly illegal activity.

***Oh and if anyone knows a website where they have a list of fraud internet companies(if it exists) please inform me!

Is it illegal to put spy software on spouse phone? My spouse is having an affair with a coworker and is constantly lying to me about his work schedule and how he spends money but I know otherwise because when he was asleep I got into his phone (he showed me his password along time ago) and I read all his text messages to this woman and saw all her pictures shes been sending him which proved everything I was thinking.

I would like to have some evidence such as his text messages when I take it to court because we have young children and I want child support and he said in a text message to her that he will not pay child support he doesn’t want to and will do everything in his power not to. I don’t have time or want to risk him knowing that I know anything by forwarding his messages (hundrends) or taking pictures and have him wake up or walk in on me with his phone because as it is now he’s completely oblivious that I know anything at all.

The software will send copies of everything, sms, call logs, pictures and even record calls and send them to an online account. My friend told me to use it because it worked for her but I don’t know if it’s legal and if it would even be usable in court. I need as much proof as I can get to show he doesn’t spend any time with our children he completely ignores them and pretends to be asleep but he’s texting her the moment he gets home to when he starts getting ready for work again.

I’ve been connecting my Xbox 360 to the modem directly, but I always have to power cycle the modem after reconnecting the ethernet cable and my dad’s getting scared off messing up the power plug. If you have any suggestions I would really appreciate them. Please don’t suggest ‘get a router’ because I am going to get one soon, just not sure when.
And I really am trying to avoid spending more money than I already will be.

I lost my phone and I remember I downloaded an app with gps tracking, but I forgot the name of it. I remember the icon of the app had a green leaf on it (I think). If anyone knows the name of it, can you please tell me. My phone was brand new and I paid a lot of money for it. Thank you.

So I am looking forward for a Nokia N8 that runs with Symbian^3, or a Cherry Mobile Superion or Magnum phone running on Android 2.2. I don’t care of the availability of software and free installations, but I am more concerned of speed and operating system.

The point is, I want to spend less money for a more functional and faster phone. N8 is about 550 US Dollars now here in the Philippines, while the Cherry Mobile running with Android is about 433.33 US Dollars only. And I expect both phones’ prices will go lower as Christmas or Summer 2011 approaches.

hey guys , i have an interview tommorow for a position as an "Embedded Software Engineer". I am a little bit nervous . What kind of questions do you think they can ask me relating to the position ? I have some projects in my resume . Is the interviewer going to ask me any questions relating to that ? I don’t have any experience and the job is for someone with experience . I got the interview because i was persistent. Now i have to show the employer i have the nature to hard work and learn quickly . How can i over the fact that " i have no experience in the field " . I have other experiences like

Call center ( e-zpass new york ) and
Cust service ( Comp usa )

i didn’t work for long in these places 6 months each . i got fired from e-z pass due to poor absenses ( i was going through a ToUgH time , if u can understand ) .
I want the job really bad because , I can’t stay home any longer due to family problems. What do you think i should know before hand facing the employer ?
The guy who’s going to pay me huge money for doing this. I need to negotiate also , what’s the effective way to negotiate ( i dn’t wanna go too low or too high rt ? )

For the first time, I find myself at a crossroads I have never experienced before. Any thoughts or opinions would be greatly appreciated. (The story will be long…so thanks in advance for your time in reading it).

I am currently a Residential Property Manager, living and working in the Philadelphia suburbs. I have been in Property Management for 13 years (10 years in Los Angeles and 3 years in PA). I have been with my current employer just over 3 yrs. I work for a small company, basically it’s me and the owner. Lets call the owner "B". My FT salary is not enough to cover all of my monthly expenses, so I’ve been bleeding money every month, since I got here.

I’ve stayed with "B" for a few reasons: First, "B" is self-made millionaire and I am learning how he did it and how he maintains it, which I believe to be an invaluable experience that could not be had anywhere else. Second, I have a strong sense of loyalty and do not want to walk out and leave him in a bad spot.

The first change "B" made (and it was done with no warning what-so-ever) was to cut my hours in-half (from FT to 20 hrs a week). Because of this, instead of the minimal amount of bleeding, that I have been putting up with, it is now substantial and un-sustainable. At this rate I will completely broke in 3 months. Also because of this change, extremely important tasks are not getting done, due to the lack of time. Many facets of the company are already in complete dis-array and it’s only a matter of time before things get even worse. I really hate to see this happening and both of these items bother me equally as much.

About a week after "B" made that shocking change, there was suddenly someone new in the office. A long time friend of my boss’, who is the COO is a software company (currently). Lets call him "A". "A" immediately took over all the leasing activities and is slowly making other procedural changes to the company, not only to what I do, but with the maintenance guys, as well. "A" stays here for a week, than goes "home" to his other job/family for 4 days, then returns again.

Just this last week, now there is another new person in the office. Lets call her "M". "M" was presented to me as someone who was there to "help with the filing and administrative tasks". However, "M" seems to be doing more than that. On Friday I was asked to teach "M" how to do the payables and "A" took her on an all-day tour of all the properties. On a side note: "M" is as sweet a pie to "B" and "A", but has been abrasive, rude and full of attitude with me.

So, my first question is: What is going on here? None of these changes make any sense. Everything was running smoothly and efficiently before these changes and all these changes have done is create chaos and disaster. (I’m the type of person that would recognize/admit if there was something wrong with my performance. There wasn’t. Everything was in good order, just as it has been for the last 3 yrs).

So, now I’m presented with a cross-roads, as to what I should do now. Obviously, I cannot continue like this and allow myself to spiral into bankruptcy!

But, before you answer that questions, I need add some more information.

In February, I got my license and become a REALTOR. My only real client at this point, is "B". Who, despite what is going on, is still making offers on new properties (which means commissions for me). Trying to get new clients (other than "B" has been very difficult and has not gone well).

A little about my background:

I have a BS in Business Administration and a BS in Information Technology.

Despite that training, one thing I have always wanted to do is be a truck driver (don’t ask — just something I always thought I would like). I should mention that I have never liked Property Management, nor have I ever been truly happy doing it. I came very close to becoming a trucker years ago, but due to family circumstances I got shuffled into the being a Property Manager and have just stayed with it.

What is available to me right now:

My best friend (and godson) live in Gainesville, FL. Whenever I want to leave, I have a home waiting for me there.

Unfortunately, from what I can tell looking at job boards, Gainesville does not seem to be a hot bed of great jobs and I haven’t the slightest idea of the condition of the RE market there.

On the plus side: I have a home waiting for me, people that are closer to me than my family waiting for me and the cost of living in Gainesville is almost half of what it is here (e.g. most things are half the cost there, versus here in Philly).

With all this being said: If it were you, what would you think and do? Should I try to secure a job

They both claim that they can cover in more areas the other. Which provides more for their money?

Also, I just have a normal plan with unlimited data for verizon. (30$ for internet and such.) I don’t want to spend any money on music to listen to since I already have a bunch in my itunes library. Anyway that I can put songs onto my droid from it without being charged extra or anything?
