have already informed the credit bureaus filed police report called all the creditor’s for their addresse’s to send notice’s to proof I am the correct and that the person using my information is a fraud. I was getting ready to start my own business when my load turned down because said I already had 7 mortgages I have not own any property since 1986. What legal action should I take any suggestions how I may further go to protect and go after this fraud for using me. By the way all of the loans and credit cards are being pay on time and paid off!

I am opening up my own business and I have 2 different phone lines. I will be sending and receiving faxes on a daily basis. I also need to have a rollover line for incoming calls that can come through if line 1 is in use.
At a previous job (I did not work in the office) they had 2 seperate lines, so if someone was on line 1 and another call came in line 2 would ring. They also used the fax daily.

My question is how can I acomplish having 2 lines and share a fax? If the lines are busy can a fax still be received? The documents i will be getting on the fax are crutial, and may need just a signiture and fax back.

Hope I am making sense, my mind is all over the place today.

My 11yr old has NO work ethic. I have been trying to come up with solutions to this. Her father and I work hard for what we have (we have our own business) but she doesn’t make the connection between working hard and having rewards. Even though we have explained to her that if you don’t want to work hard, you don’t get fun things- she just doesn’t get it. I am considering implementing a new, real-life, reward/consequences system next year when she gets into middle school. What do you think?
The rewards/consequences for grades are as follows:
** Note: she is a smart kid and she ALWAYS has access to help with anything she may not understand. (there is no reason she should get a D or an F)

Any F’s or D’s – No time for playing because she has to re-do any assignments she did poorly or has to complete assignments she didn’t do, this includes re-doing tests at home and getting good grades on them. If she has good grades in all but the 1 class she got an F or D in she might have time to play after she re-does the work. If she has more than 1 F or D, don’t count on any recrational time. When the grade is brought up, she no longer has to re-do work.

Any C’s no electronics: Tv, video games, computer, phone until the grade is brought up. No exceptions until the grade goes up. If a D or F is brought up to a C, she doesn’t have to re-do any assignments but still doesn’t get electronics.

B’s- gets access to all fun things in the house including electronics when homework is done. Has a regular bed time and has to stick to it.

A’s- gets access to all fun things in the house and gets to go out and do something special on the weekends if all other grades are B’s or above.

ALL A’s: Gets special privledges which include staying up a little later, spending money, and will get 1 day off school after recieving a report card with all A’s to just have fun.

If she has all A’s and 1 C, no electronics and nothing special until the C gets up to a B. If she has all A’s/B’s and an F/D she still has to re-do work and won’t get to do anything fun until she re-does the work and her grade goes up.

The purpose of this is to show her that life sucks if you don’t put effort into it and that if you work hard and go above and beyond, you will get great rewards. Anything worth having is worth working for. If she wants to hang out with friends on the weekend and have fun, she needs to take care of her school responsabilities during the week

At the moment we have a Panasonic DECT phone in our house and because it has polyphonic ringtones on it, it drives our two chihuahuas mad.

They start yapping and whining and wont shut up even when you answer the phone so you end up having to shout at the person on the other end to get them to hear you.

As I run my own business from home it’s not very professional and have had a few people hang up on me when hearing the two dogs.

We have tried all the different polyphonic ringtones and even tried changing the make of phone and yet still they go mad.

The only thing that doesn’t trigger them is the MP3 ringtone on a mobile phone. We have looked everywhere to see if there is any phone out there with an MP3 ringtone option. The only one we can see is a Philips which you have to call them and download it to the phone by SMS message, as we’re on Vonage the SMS message system doesn’t work through Vonage so that would be useless, unless there is any other way to get an MP3 ringtone into the phone.

Does anyone know of any home phone out there that we could get mp3 ringtones or any suggestion on other phones that don’t have polyphonic ringtones.

My Dad owns his own business, which also deals with Bell ( a phone / satelite company ) . There was a contest, that whoever in the area sold the most Bell systems within a year won an all expense paid trip to the Vancouver 2010 olympics for two. The tickets can be given to anyone else.

So, my Father won them. He wants to give them to me and my sister to go. (I’m 18, she’s 16). He says he trusts me, and knows I’ll have fun because her and I wanted to go to the olympics so bad ! And he said it isn’t the biggest deal since we aren’t even travelling outside of Canada.

My Mother on the other hand, doesn’t want us to go. She thinks I’m still too young to travel, especially with my 16 year old sister. We would be travelling by plane, the hotel room is all booked and paid for by the people who gave us the tix, so we have a gaurtenteed place to stay, plus the tickets for the olympics. We also have all our meals paid for too.

So, would you let your 18 and 16 year old daughters go ? Why or why not, and how can I convince my Mom we’ll be fine ?
In Canada , 18 is a legal adult too, incase no one knew that.

I have left the corporate world and started my own business. In the past, I was used to just phone a technician to set up systems and explain any computor related problem. Now I’m on my own!!! The computor world is foreign to me and all the books I purchased are not that helpful. I need someone who can start from the real basics.

my dad has his own business doing paralegal work…he has an actual storefront…not working out of his garage or something. i was thinking about starting a cell phone business since he has a lot of downtime and I can use a small section of his store to sell phones. best part is free rent so i have no overhead. the thing is I am only 18 so i don’t have much cash, maybe 1200 right now in the bank. is that enough to open a contract and sell phones?

I have tried using Yellowpages.com but I do not want the business picture and all the extras. I just need a printable version of all of the Cosmetology schools in Florida. My Uncle runs his own Business an it is necessary to just print out a list of phone numbers and addresses. Can someone please give me a site that will allow me to do this as conveniently as possible?

I am building an e-commerce site and I have most aspects set. But a big problem is customer service. I have a day job and can’t take calls regarding my own business at work. What service or solution can I use to address this. I need customer service and order taking but really only need one person since it will be slow at first.

I thought maybe a virtual assistant or indian call center. But those are expensive.
