when i open my yahoo mobile, i only get the list of the main folders: inbox, drafts, sent, spam, trash.
after that it shows 3 more icons: email from contacts, photos, files.
i couldn’t find my list of contacts anywhere in the mobile.

The phone is pre-paid from Fry’s and I have been sending my photos to my online album from my phone, but I don’t know what website to go to so I can retrieve them. Any answers?

I just got a 2gb sd card for my blackberry. I know I can save about 11k photos, since thats what I read up online, but what about videos? I can record videos with my blackberry curve, and they range about 3-6 mb of data. How many videos can I save then?

hey, so i have a my passport wd 1 tb ext hard drive. it died today, i plug it in and nothing….. but the light on the hard drive does flash but the cimputer does nothing. i checked device manager and disk management but there is nothing there. i called wd but they said they cant help. but there has to be a way. i have really important photos on there that i need for a piece that i have due on monday. like a dummy that was my only copy i know i am stupid. anyway please help, i need the pictures but my hard drive is dead. so is there a software tool or what (and i would prefer it be free)

I have a lg vx5200 and just got an enV which I haven’t activated yet. I know that verizon transfers contacts to new phones but will they transfer photos too? Or at least forward them to pixplace or an email?

I have over 100 pictures and really don’t want to have to send them one by one so please don’t suggest that.

I’ve tried installing from the CD it came with, but it seems it has the driver for modem, not USB.So I can’t download my pics from the Siemens CL75 I have. The cable is DCA 540 and please help me if you know something. Dedtails about correctly downloading photos with this cable and phone would be great. I recently converted from Windows to Mac. I’ve been using Finder exclusively to manage my photos and other images in my users\user\Pictures folder. I did try iPhoto, but quickly found it unhelpful, since it didn’t use the existing folder structure to sort the images into events or albums or whatever; also, with 60,000+ photos and a minimal amount of RAM, the program is just way too slow.

I want to delete the iPhoto library and the duplicate images that iPhoto made when it created the library. (According to my rudimentary understanding of how iPhoto works.) I do NOT want to delete the original photos altogether.

As far as I can tell, my photos exist in both users\users\pictures and users\user\pictures\iPhoto library\originals. However, I don’t know if it’s safe to delete the iPhoto library.

1. Is there an easy way to determine if there are photos in the iPhoto library that are not in users\user\pictures? There’s a problem called iPhoto diet that apparently does this, but I have a later version of iPhoto than their last supported one. I’ve looked into iPhoto Duplicate Annihilator, but as far as I can tell it searches just the iPhoto library, not the whole hard drive.

2. If I delete users\user\pictures\iPhoto library in Finder, my other images in users\user\pictures will be safe… right? (In other words, are the files I see in the iPhoto library their own separate entities, not aliases or shortcuts leading back to the originals?)

3. Once I have iPhoto cleared out, can you recommend image management software that would do the following?
- allow image tagging (while I’m asking, 4. is there anything Mac that can retrieve the Windows Vista tags I used to have for these files?)
- use the existing folder structure in Finder to organize my pictures so I don’t have to start from zero?
- let me add the same photo to more than one group?

I am a student so I guess it doesn’t have to be professional or anything.
But generally is photoshop or a powerpoint presentation okay to include images and written info for a business report>???

I am a hobby PHP/HTML/SQL website developer. I got a phone call, a major real estate company wants me to design and maintain a web site for them, but i’m unsure what to charge or bid for the service since i’ve only built major systems for charity. Its going to be database driven, and list homes with description and picture, it will also need an administration area…i assume they’ll want me to upload the photos and keep it up to date. I can host it myself, i know thats cheap…i guess the bid will be on design and maintainence. The person who got me the job says that money is no object, its for a gold/ski resort company selling cabins, etc. What/How should I charge on this job and still make sure i get the business. My contact tells me no other’s are bidding on this project at this time.

My girlfriend’s prepaid cell phone from Virgin mobile haa had a system error when ever she wants to upload photos she has taken. It says try agian later but it has been four days. She has a wildcard cell phone and she pays for texting and all that, but when we try to uplaod the pictures the phone says system error. She got the phone in febuary. And help would be appreciated
