When is courteous customer service a "must have" for you and when do you really just care about the product itself… For example, if you’re buying food at a supermarket, do you really care how nice the service people are? If you’re calling customer service about your credit card, is it more important for the representatives to be nice? When does the "niceness" and courteous customer service matter and when do you only care about the actual product you’re buying?

I found this verizon phone three days ago, but the owner still didn’t cut the service.
It really is a nice phone and I want to use it. So if I activate this phone before the owner lists it as lost/stolen with Verizon, will I be able to use it?

I also don’t want any bullcrap about "oh you should have returned it blah blah." If you’re gonna say anything like that, just dont.

I’m trying to find out if it’s compatible with another product which says it is compatible with several smart-phones and those "running symbian operating system." I don’t know what Symbian is, if Blackberry has it and I just spent 20 minutes at the Blackberry site which gave zero information under operating system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hey guys , i have an interview tommorow for a position as an "Embedded Software Engineer". I am a little bit nervous . What kind of questions do you think they can ask me relating to the position ? I have some projects in my resume . Is the interviewer going to ask me any questions relating to that ? I don’t have any experience and the job is for someone with experience . I got the interview because i was persistent. Now i have to show the employer i have the nature to hard work and learn quickly . How can i over the fact that " i have no experience in the field " . I have other experiences like

Call center ( e-zpass new york ) and
Cust service ( Comp usa )

i didn’t work for long in these places 6 months each . i got fired from e-z pass due to poor absenses ( i was going through a ToUgH time , if u can understand ) .
I want the job really bad because , I can’t stay home any longer due to family problems. What do you think i should know before hand facing the employer ?
The guy who’s going to pay me huge money for doing this. I need to negotiate also , what’s the effective way to negotiate ( i dn’t wanna go too low or too high rt ? )

I have an ATI FireGL v7350

What I don’t have, is a working CCC (Catalyst control center).

I’m playing a game called borderlands, and I have textures on the map that are missing. (just black empty spaces). I’ve looked up solutions and from 2 places they say to turn off the "AI" (ai) on you CCC.

But mine won’t work. When I try to redownload all the information from ati.amd.com they don’t have my GC listed for windows 7, just vista. I tried using the one for vista but I get the error. (after the CCC says it’s completely installed)

I use a blackberry pearl and yahoo. Every time I send an email from my blackberry, a copy of it shows in my "sent" folder in Yahoo. I don’t want any of the messages to save there. How do I get it to stop?
If I send mail through my regular account (on my laptop, not my blackberry) it doesn’t save a copy in the sent folder. Only when I send it using the blackberry….

For those who did not understand; it means a new "software" that will provide the means of correcting triangulation on real time and keep communications open.

I got a call at 5:30 am, and by the time I found my phone, the person hung up. But when I looked into my "calls missed," there was no record of a call ever having been made. Probably harassment, and I don’t really want to know "how" a person can do this, just whether it’s possible and if I can ever find out who made the call.

My dad is a pilot for Southwest, and I also have my Commercial pilots license. My question is-

I was reading southwests internal flight safety publication (forgot the name) which talks about all sorts of safety issues, solutions, ect. basically anyway they can better inform their pilots about flying and operating safer. One of the highlighted issues was whether or not you have to call the tower or center if there is a possible FAR violation, ya know the dreaded- "cessna 12345, when able I need you to copy down a number" they say that you are not obligated or required to call them at all.

1. Is this true? and if so, does it only apply to part 121? what about 91 or 135?
2. What Far regulation backs this up?

Both AT&T and Verizon claim to have the largest 3g network, on there commercials. Whats the truth?

i found some universities or institutes use the "s" and some don’t..

Ok , I just got an account last night with a site ( religious ) and today everytime I went to view the site I had a hacker’s page come up and couldn’t return to the site. I looked at some of the info on the hacker’s page he left and much to my dismay I have discovered that this hacker has affiliations with other hackers and they have a few different names. I will not mention them here as they do not deserve the publicity. ( jerks) AND!!!!! Here’s the other issue, I have seen they have targeted a lot of "christian" type religious web sites. They are Muslim. Is this also an act of terrorism?????? Who do I call about this??????
