I am struggling in a retail business and am preparing to close. Any advice on the best options, liquidate, sell, lease financing? Would love to know more about lease financing and whether it is commonly done for retail businesses.

How can I legally start my own software retail business?
I buy Microsoft software wholesale from Europe and was wondering how I can legally open my own website and start selling all Microsoft Software (Windows xp, vista, 7, office etc.) Is there any licensing or anything that I need to obtain through Microsoft? Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

We are considering using Comcast Digital voice for our business with 3 lines. I’m unsure about using a VoIP type of phone system for a busy retail business. How is the service for business? Any down time? Likes and Dislikes?

I have a small retail business, however, our telephone line blows up with calls about store hours, directions, address, etc. I am searching for an announcement recording system, but I have no idea what it’s called, so it’s difficult to know where to look. What I have in mind: "Thank you for calling… We are located at BLAH BLAH. Our store hours are BLAH BLAH. If you would like to speak to a representative, please stay on the line (or please press 0)" Only after they stay on the line or press Zero will the call be connected and our phone will ring. Might anyone know what that service/system is called?

What is some important business software to have?(graphic editing, POS, etc.) could you give me some examples of software to use?
