Do I need to download special software ? Do I need to have a WiFi or 3G connection ?

schedule (and his "to-do’s") and your own personal life (i.e. payment schedules, phone calls, events, etc.) This is my first year in management and I’ve done "ok" thus far. With the growth of the company, more and more challenges arise. I need to be ale to keep on top of every task and not "drop the ball" is there some special software you use to keep it all in line. Paper and pencil aren’t cutting it any longer, I find it difficult to follow through in Outlook as it really doesn’t have a good way of looking at everything in one big picture. (I hope you understand what I mean by this)

Business Card Scanning – Does anyone know to use use a regular scanner with special software to scan business cards? I don’t understand why I need to buy yet another scanner just for business cards.
Obviously, I need to clarify my question. Business cards need to be scanned to be imported into Outlook or other PIMs.

How does this work? My husband’s phone is a Nextel and I want to replace the Sim card so I can see his calls. I am concerned because the phone is his employer’s phone. If I replace the Sim card will his company still receive detailed call listings? Also, how does replacing the Sim card work? Does it connect with a computer? Do I buy special software?

I just signed up for a youtube account and i was wondering….is there some special software you use to record your screen? I know there is a thing called fraps and hypercam but I dont know could someone please give me a general overwiew on recording your screen?
