If your phone service is off for about a day, will you still recieve all the text messages when you pay the bill? Will they come immediately, and sorry for the stupid question. It’s on a boost mobile plan.

Is it illegal to put spy software on spouse phone? My spouse is having an affair with a coworker and is constantly lying to me about his work schedule and how he spends money but I know otherwise because when he was asleep I got into his phone (he showed me his password along time ago) and I read all his text messages to this woman and saw all her pictures shes been sending him which proved everything I was thinking.

I would like to have some evidence such as his text messages when I take it to court because we have young children and I want child support and he said in a text message to her that he will not pay child support he doesn’t want to and will do everything in his power not to. I don’t have time or want to risk him knowing that I know anything by forwarding his messages (hundrends) or taking pictures and have him wake up or walk in on me with his phone because as it is now he’s completely oblivious that I know anything at all.

The software will send copies of everything, sms, call logs, pictures and even record calls and send them to an online account. My friend told me to use it because it worked for her but I don’t know if it’s legal and if it would even be usable in court. I need as much proof as I can get to show he doesn’t spend any time with our children he completely ignores them and pretends to be asleep but he’s texting her the moment he gets home to when he starts getting ready for work again.

I want to know whether mobile phone companies can look at your deleted pictures, videos and text messages.

If they can, are they allowed to distribute them?

Lets say i delete a picture, can the mobile phone company view it?

I just got a new phone with internet. I have verizon and are phone companies suppose to look at what you search on google or the internet? Is that even possible? Or an you only do that with text messages?

I have a basic plan with t-mobile. I only make phone calls and text messages. I am thinking of getting a smart phone now and would like to do a little more with it in the future but for now I want to keep my basic phone plan until I am ready. Will a smart phone work with my basic plan. The phone I am looking at is a T-Mobile comet.

I have a Samsung Sprint phone that has bluetooth on it, and I have a palm Lifedrive that has bluetooth technology as well. I’m new to bluetooth and I don’t exactly understand how it works. After I enable it on my phone and palm how do I get them to connect with one another? Once connected what does it allow me to do? Does bluetooth from my phone allow me to access internet on my palm when im not on my wifi at home? If they are connected thru bluetooth can I get text messages on my palm and responding to them from that?

for the past 6 months I have been get calls and text messages for phone numbers that i do not know and I’ve tried to reverse phone look up and there’s no listing for the number. I’ve even changed my number to avoid this problem …. Is there any way to find out if that number is a spoof and if so how can I really find out who this person is that’s calling and texting.

I have Verizon and am confused on how blackberry’s work versus regular cell phones. If you turn off internet access on a blackberry, you cannot make phone calls or text messages. Why is this? Does their internet function on a different frequency? Can anyone explain how a blackberry works?

Should employers be permitted to monitor all telephone conversations, text messages, and computer usage by their employees at all times under all circumstances? Suppose an employee is required to travel for her employment, and takes her company-owned laptop with her on business trips. She occasionally uses the laptop for personal matters while she is away from home, including e-mailing her family, paying bills online, accessing prescription information through her pharmacy, etc. Should her employer have access to all this information, or does the employee have a right to keep some of the information private? I saw a Commercial for one(or a plan) that you could access the account online and control the minutes, text messages, etc. Im also looking for something like sprints family locator but with AT&T, do they have that? Want to get out foster child a call phone.
