I don’t know how the Verizon wireless system works. Does it go by how expensive your original phone is? I have the Moto Rizr Z6 TV which is one of their more expensive phones. Does that mean I will be able to get a more expensive phone when the day comes that I can upgrade?

When you call into Verizon Wireless for a complaint, inquiry, plan change etc. The Representative will take notes about what your calling in for and alot of times read what past customer service reps have said as well. I am interested in getting a copy or even just having the rite to have a rep read me what t he notes currently say about me. Through the privacy policy I have seeing nothing about it. Any help thanks!

Like Verizon Wireless has unlimited international texting, and they cover Maryland, but apparently not where I live even though I’ve had people with it get service at my house, but whatever!
\Are there other cell phone companies with free international texting, or have unlimited international texting plans?
Is AT&T EVER going to get one of those?

My brother is using an old flip phone that his job had given all of its employees through Verizon Wireless. He wants to activate my old LG ENV3 phone and use that instead. When I dialed *228, it asks for the last 4 digits of the social security number on the account. Since this is a business phone we do not have this information. Is there any way to activate an old cell phone under a business account?

I have a business phone and I just found out they don’t subscribe to any text service. I have been texting up a storm because I didn’t want to use up all the minutes and I thought that it would be ok. It is with Verizon wireless. Is there a way that I can pay for this service to be able to use it on this phone? I don’t even want to mention it to my company because I am hoping I could slip through the cracks this one time. My mom and I have the same Verizon wireless phone but she uses the GPS system on her phone a lot and she was wondering if it uses up her minutes when using that feature on her phone or not?

I would like to purchase a 2 yr contract for Verizon National Broadband access for my laptop using their USB wireless modem/card and would like to be able to make mobile phone calls using their VoIP service, Voice Wing by Verizon Wireless. Is there anything especially in terms of the consent of Verizon that would prevent my doing this?

My Verizon Wireless online account hasn’t updated properly in days. Only a few of my calls and texts are listed since Friday, March 5 and my minutes aren’t being logged properly either. Anybody know what’s up? Getting a Verizon techy on the phone seems impossible.

I am a sears employee and I heard that we get a 20% discount from verizon wireless, but does the phone have to be a business phone or can it be for personal use?

I pushed #72 and then the number 8 and after i did that my call system been messed up. People can’t call me it says my number or something is canceled or what ever but i can call people and i can text and receive texts from other people. This happened before and a Verizon Wireless Worker put in like #62 or something like that. But i tried that and it didn’t work does anyone know the code.

we think my brother in law is cheating on my sister with an old girlfriend of his he leaves the house when his phone rings and when my sister manages to sneak his phone and look through it all his calls are erased. is there any way to get the call log back or to look at his phone records? she has Verizon Wireless she needs to know if he is cheating if he is she wants a divorce and the phone records would help her get custody of their 2 children. I have a verizon wireless phone and I have registered my account but nowhere on the site does it allow me to view the calls I’ve made on my phone. The only place that it even hints that you might be able to do this is for prepaid phones and I don’t have one of those. Does anybody know where I can view my call history on the verizon wireless website?
