I am a guy who will be workng in a customer service call center soon. Not sure what type of bag to get to carry things around. Here are the things I probably will carry: Keys, wallet (not sure if to leave in car) cell phone (not sure if to leave in car) money for snacks (they have vending machines) a pen, some paper, maybe an ipod if allowed.
A backpack is cool but I won’t be carrying books. Or basically a lot of things to require something that big.

My mother found some bottles of alcohol in my brother’s room and then later found out from a neighbor that his house had been robbed. Articles that were taken were found in my brother’s room including the alcohol, but some very expensive jewelry was never recovered. My mom called the police and my brother was arrested. This isn’t the first time my brother was caught stealing. He stole money from my mom’s bank account and from her boyfriend’s wallet. We later found out that he had a serious drug problem and he went into rehab. Would you have your child arrested for a serious crime ?

OK, getting a machine is bad enough, having no choice but to follow prompts, worse. But when the machine "talks" to you like its a real person, does that get on your nerves?
Oh yeah, the machines that put on angry voices. Next they’ll have machines that insult your mother, call you the c word and threaten to take your wallet.
