I have a 3 yr contract with Broadview in NY. My parent company shut down and I decided to move to another location where all my bills are paid for me. Broadview is hitting me for ,000 for breaking our contract. I had problems with them right away since they started billing me 2 months before I even moved into the location. I explained that there wasn’t even any usage as evidenced by my bills, but they shut off my phones when I refused to pay. Now we’re closing down permanently. Is there anyway I can get out of this?

I just got a 2 yr contract w/ Cingular(At&t) and have a new phone in my name. Problem is when I call a landline phone it has someone else name. I calld cingular and they said their systems are updated and show my name. They said to just erase all the memory off my called id.To me that doesnt make sense plus my phones have built in caller id.How would i get this fixed?

I would like to purchase a 2 yr contract for Verizon National Broadband access for my laptop using their USB wireless modem/card and would like to be able to make mobile phone calls using their VoIP service, Voice Wing by Verizon Wireless. Is there anything especially in terms of the consent of Verizon that would prevent my doing this?
