I need to be able to add and delete music…
Right now I cant do anything…

Everytime I try and download the software it gets all the way through and then says

"The ordinal 281 could not be located in the dynamic link library msi.dll."

and aborts the process…

I dont know what to do. I love my zune, and really want to fix it.
I cant seem to find a customer service number anywhere so cant call. (I’ve googled for one more than once, but always end up empty handed.)

Is there any way I could maybe use a different type of software? or does it HAVE to be the zune software?

I’ve had the original software downloaded onto my computer and then I had some issues and had to do a system restore… My computer works fine now, I just cant seem to do anything with my zune…

So i just got the zune but for some reason the software tells me that i need to download Service Pack 2 but when i do that it dosnt download for some apparant reason….i conntacted the "customer service" people at the zune but they said they couldnt help me either…someone know anything about this?
