What is the best place for a telecom professional to settle in Canada?

I am a telecom professional with 12 years of experience working in India’s largest Telecom company. I have immigrated Canada in BC recently.
Where are the best job prospects for me in Canada

If you worked in a multinational in India (e.g. IBM, AT & T, etc) in an electrical engineering position, then it wouldn’t take you too long to find a position.
Best place I can suggest is Ottawa or Brampton Ontario. Why – Nortel is located in both of those cities.
