who should i call to trace my xbox thats been stolen?

the robbers have tried to purchase points off my credit card but of course i canceled my card. i got an email from xbox so the robbers still must be using my online account. there must be a way to trace them. who should i call?

I would also call the police and file a report.

All you do, is call Xbox 360 Customer Service & they will close your Xbox LIVE membership & renew your Xbox LIVE membership. Since you already close your credit card or debit card, you have NOTHING to worry about. Sorry about your Xbox 360 & just buy a new one.
You call the cop first to report it stolen. Then ask the cop to call MS to see if it’s possible for MS to locate the person’s IP address. If it’s a static IP address, it shouldn’t be too hard to locate the person.
