Windows ICS and Nortel VPN issues?

Hi,
Currently I am sharing an internet connection with a USB modem among 2 computers. Everything is setted up and works fine.
On the computer connected to the modem, after connecting to my office VPN, I cannot connect anymore from the 2nd computer (the one connected with a crossover cable to the main one)
Any suggestions will be appreciated

ICS is very poor with vpn. You really need a router to connect both machines and use vpn.
